1. Proceed directly to the MD Sports Complex by 7.30am. Look for your respective Group Tutors for registration. Labels of your Tutor Groups will be placed somewhere in the Sport Complex. Just search for your respective Tutor Groups.
   
2. All participants (march pass, cheerleaders and athletes) are to assemble at your respective tents. Others just proceed to the grand stand. The grand stand will be divided into four areas representing the four sports houses.
   
3. The track events will commence at 8.00am.
   
4. Athletes must wear sport house t-shirt. Female stidents are ALL to wear long pants (Tudongs are optional only for participants). Boy athletes must wear three quarter pants.
   
5. Students who are not directly involved in the sports day are to wear MD sport t-shirts. Female students are to wear college tudongs. Both male and female students are required to wear long pants.
   
6. Students are advised to bring umbrellas and/or caps and ample drinking water.
   
7. Students are to remain withing their respective sport houses' zone throughout the event.
   
8. Students and Staffs are to gather at the main field at the end of he event around 11.00am for the announcement of the sport house winners.
   
9. Students and Staffs are to make sure that the cleanliness of the college track and field is to be maintained at all times.
